More than two decades of code precision, operational integrity and technical authority in heavy industry.
FortSolda Serviços de Soldagem LTDA was founded in 2004 in Poá, São Paulo, with the aim of bringing engineering rigor to a sector historically dependent on field improvisation. Since the very first Welding Procedure Specification issued, the company has been committed to documenting every essential variable and acceptance criterion before any arc is struck.
Over more than 20 years, that code discipline expanded from technical consulting into inspection and non-destructive testing, special-alloy qualification and, more recently, robotic welding. The original requirement held at every step: full traceability, from the WPS to the final databook.

Operations began with a focus on welding procedure qualification and operational training for industrial welding teams.
Qualification for welding Inconel, Duplex, Super Duplex, Titanium and special alloys.
Scope broadened with non-destructive testing (PT, MT, UT and RT) and equipment fabrication follow-up.
Scope expanded through strategic partnerships, parameter optimisation from process data and consolidation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Every FortSolda client follows the technical progress of their project without relying on email requests: databooks, procedures and reports stay centralised and available at any time.
Every procedure, report and qualification strictly follows the applicable codes, no exceptions.
From the WPS to the final databook, every step of the process is documented and auditable via the extranet.
Deliveries planned together with the client’s engineering and operations, with no schedule surprises.
